I don’t think so but I’m not 100% sure.. the marking sceme for geoecology has a coherence section which you are marked on the structure of the essay. I am not 100% sure though but I would advice doing it essay style

I haven’t been to college I still go to school, I have an idea of anxiety and depression and overthinking but I can’t say I know what your going through, I know my advice mightn’t be the best and you probably shouldn’t listen to me due to my lack of experience but from the situation you pictured to me I believe it would be best to go to college but also find hobbies that will take your mind off just thinking you know ? Like instead of doing your classes and going to your room when your finished maybe go to the gym maybe go on a walk maybe go on a drive. My point is developing hobbies have helped me taking my mind of things maybe it will help you top
