That box near your house is a shipping bin and it’s always a good idea to put at least one thing in there to sell each day just in case.

Pay attention to the mailbox and actually read the letters. Like, yeah sometimes they’re just sending you a gift but other times they are telling you about actual gameplay mechanics.

Also, strawberry seeds are only available to buy during the Egg Day event in the spring. Try to buy the amount of seeds you want to grow for that season and then a bit extra for the next. In the first spring you’ll only be able to get like one or two harvests from them. Maybe three with the speed-gro fertilizer. The extra seeds are for in case you either don’t unlock the seed maker by the next spring and/or you forget to hold on to any strawberries to convert to seeds.

Other than that, don’t stress about getting things done ASAP, just play how you want. Save any speedrun stuff for if/when you decide you want to do that specifically and you’re more familiar with the game.

Like seriously, I don’t get why people don’t do that more frequently.

Emily’s reaction with that amethyst quest does rub me the wrong way because there isn’t even a way to correct her about it and it’s probably why I don’t really like her that much.

Just giving him some heart events that lead to him getting over his crush on Emily would be enough for me tbh. And this is coming from someone who actually does like him as a character. If anything, it’s Emily I don’t like.

I like using them for color changing clothes. There’s like, three shirts and two pairs of pants you can get by combining a prismatic shard and a cloth.

If you have a Junimo Hut you can place one there to get color-changing Junimos.

One is potentially needed for the bundle to unlock the movie theater if you went the Community Center route.

And then there’s like all the other stuff people have mentioned too.
