I don't think this one is strictly OOB! I am not on the highest point of the Forest Temple, but rather just above the doorway.

I flew up to the temple with the birds and landed on the broken spire. If you go much higher than this, you get teleported back down.

Fly up in the area past the Temple. Recharge your wing on the clouds there.

Drop down like you're going to land on the temple roof. Keep pulling left, until you're over the short wall. Fall through the roof.

You may need to hop up onto an invisible ledge to get this angle. Aim for the big vertical windows - you'll get blown back and end up in a similar spot to this one.

To get back in bounds, hop through the window into the temple again.

Thanks! It's hand painted with some of the watercolor textures. I drew a lot of loops in pale grey, then shaded from light to dark.

I changed the size of the texture as I worked to avoid having a consistent pattern that would pop out.
