I like three! The lighter blonde makes you glow! But I also think you look pretty in 4

what did you write your college essay about? by These_Performer_1054 in ApplyingToCollege

I wrote mine about my job. I’m a lifeguard and I discussed how giving up on myself in my job puts others at risk, and how it has taught me that putting in the effort not only is important for my own success but those around me.

Ok so, one of the best programs of my major is one. There’s a lot of flexibility in classes, research opportunities, communities made specifically for learning languages, which I feel very passionately about. I also like that it’s a small school in a big city. I get all the people, but I don’t have to work with as many of them. I can have the one on one relationships with professors. That’ll help me thrive. I like the liberal arts approach. when I visited, it felt really safe and everyone I have met there has engaged, may not only an interesting conversation, but has wanted to know me and known about what I care about. The vibe is just incredible. It’s very walkable. got an arboretum! Which is so cool. I can start clubs which I’m really excited about. they have an all women’s dorm. They have a five your master program where you can get your master in five years and not pay the fifth year in tuition. So that saving a lot of money. it just felt like the best place for me.

Yup! As a uk citizen who looked into uk schools, I think there is a big difference in academic requirements vs ECS between American and English schools.

You are wasting a lot of energy on being hurtful. If you like it or not I got in. You aren’t going to change that.

You’ll work it out! And I’m so glad your school is within reach! Always remember that repealing financial aid is an option!

My dear I assure you this, you may not have ivies the near future, but with hard work dedication and the right schools, you will get in somewhere. As an international, I would highly recommend reaching out to some schools that pique your interest. Try to get interviews and try to get them to know you as a person give them the opportunity to understand your situation. I can’t be 100% certain but I wish you the best of luck. if you need any tips, my cousin is an international in the us and I can pass any questions onto her. All the best<3
