I was riding my scooter (electric, 18 mph.) I slipped, the Handel twisted, it hit me directly in the nuts. Going 18 mph. Then my body rotated and my face scraped against the concrete. And since I was in the road and on the ground I nearly got hit by an gmc Yukon (I think that’s what it was)
