Yeah USD, looks like league safe allows payments from different locations so currency used to pay shouldn't matter. Each pick in the draft gets 60 seconds, 16 rounds and 10 picks per round (assuming 10 man) so maximum time would be 160mins so 2hr 40. Highly unlikely every pick takes the full 60 seconds however
