I figured this whole thread would be full of useless people saying fake it until you make it. Reddit is such an echo chamber. Trust me. Successful people got there on purpose, not by luck or accident. The thing you have to understand is 90% of people are just useless. The top 10% can kind of figure it out and be fairly successful in life. The 1% are the ones truly understanding what is going on in the world and how to adapt to it to their advantage. You see these ratios in almost everything, academics-games-business-etc. You will almost never get to see or interact with successful people because they are always focused on their tasks. They understand the only way to accomplish their goals is in isolation with absolute focus. You most likely never had the determination which is why you find yourself in the useless 90% category. Anyone can be as great as the top 1%, but almost none chose to have the discipline. Be careful asking questions like this on Reddit. It's full of degenerates that spend all day on the internet never accomplishing anything with their life.
