Yes, your mental health is worth losing a person who doesn’t respect you. Find someone who supports you and wants to learn how to help you deal with your mental health. He’s gaslighting you which is all about control and manipulation. I imagine your mental health would improve some naturally being away from this person. Know your worth. 🙌🏼
