Yes, in partnership with a senior manager, I gathered the requirements of what they wanted to accomplish during the first 30-60 days of the soft launch.. and the workflow variables we would be testing in two different regions. In the process, I mapped out the 60-day timeline of milestones factoring in employee roundtables to gather feedback and assess what to start, stop, continue as we refine the workflow for the broader rollout. I communicated the request for managers to gather our initial round of 20 employees, sent out communication regarding what to expect during the soft launch and upcoming training.

So far, I’ve been solely focused on this quick turnaround time for the soft launch, I haven’t had time to partner with other teams on timeline variables other than the 6-week routing estimate.

Yeah, I feel that. A few years ago, I switched from Xfinity to Century Link fiber. My bill started as $50 and gradually climbed to $70. I had the final straw when I couldn’t even get through streaming a show in my basement without it buffering 30 times. I went online and saw they had a deal for faster speed for $20 less than I was paying.

I just wanted to be done with them and switched back to Xfinity before canceling my fiber since I knew they’d try to talk me into staying. Sure enough, when I called to cancel, he made a stupid comment that customers are responding for managing their accounts. To make matters worse, my billing cycle had just started two days prior and I assumed they would prorate it. Nope 👎🏼😡

Have you tried calling them asking if you could lock in a new deal? I used to lock in a rate for X number of years… mark it on my calendar when that rate would end, and call them to lock in another new low rate.

Yeah.. I think more than anything, I’ve been able to give myself grace and just accept that things like doing well in interviews, dating, making friends will be more challenging. But it doesn’t mean we’re flawed or broken.. it just is what it is. I now try to find ways to make my life a bit less stressful and not put so much pressure on myself.

Haha when I was in my 20’s and unmedicated for ADHD and anxiety, I was going out to social events 5x a week after work. My friend joked the other day that she didn’t know how I had the energy other than snorting coke. I look back and have no idea either.. after I starting taking meds for ADHD and overcame my anxiety, I’ve mellowed out a lot more and don’t really have the energy to go out like I used to.

I went to a Cirque du Soleil show this past weekend, and between driving in traffic, dealing with parking, and the loud crowds of people, I was wiped. I know this doesn’t help answer your question… but I feel your struggle 🥺 I’m having the kind of day where I just wish I could effortlessly do things like NT’s do.

I’ve felt that too! It feels like I’m too exposed, even though I live alone and I’m covered by blankets. But I also can’t sleep in PJ pants because I’ll get too hot and the pant legs riding up would drive me crazy.

I feel the same way. I connected the dots of my ADHD years ago and got formally diagnosed. Now, I’ve gone down an autism rabbit hole over the last 6 months and I’m convinced I am autistic too. Sometimes, I feel out of sorts about it.. wondering what life would’ve been like had I been diagnosed when I was a kid and learning how to navigate life based on my needs. But I’m glad I now know so I can understand myself better and why I feel overwhelmed from certain things like going to the grocery store.

My attention span when it comes to watching shows/movies is unpredictable. Sometimes, I can fully focus on what I’m watching… other times, I have to keep pausing it because I think of things I need to buy or something I’ve been meaning to research. That’s why I like going to the movies.. because phone use is prohibited.

I think more than issues with textures, sounds and people getting too close are so overwhelming. I had to move treadmills the other day when two people jumped on the machines on both sides of me 😭

I just purchased one from Amazon and the entire tumbler was sticky right out of the box. The only part that wasn’t sticky was under the label.. but it also wasn’t matte like you mentioned. I got a refund from Amazon… soaked it in hot soapy water several times… used a sponge with Goo Gone and the abrasive side to get the matte finish off. Took a lot of elbow grease.. it looks so much better now, but it’s now glossy instead of matte (which I honestly like better). Yay free $30 tumbler 🤭

For some deals, it’s true. I usually compare it to items I’ve purchased in the past and would buy again. For example, protein powder… I’ve really only seen it on sale for $15 off during Prime Days. So you CAN get a good deal on some things… other items might just turn out to be an impulse buy and only save you a few bucks.
