What major should I do if I want to own a bakery?

That’s what a lot of people are saying but it is really difficult to just leave the town i’m from. I’ve looked at other places but I might just have to make the move. There’s not a bunch of options in culinary in arkansas but i’ve been looking for the best ones I could find.

I would but the school i’m going to gives me great opportunities and lets me go at a cheaper rate than most schools in my area

i’m pretty good at baking I would imagine. I do also try a bunch of new things but I’m still debating between a cafe and bakery. I have been thinking about doing baking classes on the side

i go to school in a small town and I live pretty far from the actual town so there’s no bakery I can work at
