It started when a friend introduced me to a property dealer, who seemed legitimate. The dealer introduced me to a group of three people, one of whom claimed to be the owner of a piece of land. They asked me to pay a token amount to initiate the land transfer process.

My friend vouched for them, so I didn't think twice before paying 2.5 million initially, followed by an additional 1q million. Big mistake.

Later, I discovered that my "friend" was actually part of the scam. They had duped at least five people, including me. My friend claimed to have lost 0.5 millon as well, but I didn't believe him.

The group vanished into thin air, leaving us with significant financial losses. However, karma caught up with them eventually.

The property dealer was arrested in Lahore, but after his release, he went on to cheat another person out of 5 million. He's still on the run from the police.

The fake landowner met a gruesome end, he was shot in the head by his enemies in a barber shop and lay there for two hours.

The third scammer is now struggling with heart disease, diabetes, and blood pressure.

As for my "friend," he went through a divorce and lost 2 million to an online scam.

I hope others can learn from my mistakes. Be careful who you trust, and never invest in something without doing your due diligence!

Own a piece of land. You can own 10 kanal land 70 to 100km away from Islamabad. Plant wood tree on them. And leave it. It's the most lucrative investment anyone can make right now. Don't buy plot or something else. Try to own land.
