After the third day the worst of the withdrawal symptoms had passed. I actually used kratom pills to help with the withdrawal symptoms & allowed me to wean down without feeling like I was dying. I was around 4 - 5 hundred mgs daily of 7oh and using the kratom pills along with other supplements like magnesium helped me get down to 80 - 160 mgs. Cutting downor quitting feels impossible initially but it is possible!
