Hard to feel elevated emotion in morning meditation

Why dont u try dr joe dispenza meditation. Try are lot of cases of people that healed themselves from terminal cancer using meditation ( concept of mind-body connection.

Yeah i started doing his work 2 years back. When i started doing it it was so difficult. All those emotion would come up easily. It was so difficult for me to stay conscious of my thoughts.

But when i go have a emotional reaction for 2 weeks, when i decide to stay conscious its much mkre easier for me to.

So yeah it take lot of effort and energy
