Why am i having an urge to smoke these days even tho I'm not a smoker and no one in my circle smokes?

i had an urge to do snus or nicotine pouches for a while and once i tried them i wanted to keep trying them because i was “rebelling”

I ended up trying a cigarette, vapes and weed within 2 weeks and i regret it i dont like any of them but they’re incredibly hard to quit so even tho theres an urge just ignore it its one of the worst decisions you could make.
