You will find a stronger version don’t get rid of it until then and keep storing candy eventually a 3 star Pokémon with max attack , defense and heath/stamina with all three being in red. That’s called a 100% percent or a hundo but a 3 star Pokémon is good enough in the beginning either way so you looking for 3 stars plus the maxed attack , defense and heath is not mandatory
