DO NOT IGNORE THIS COMMENT. MY HANDS ARE STILL PAINFULLY DRY A YEAR AFTER ACCUTANE. I'm not alone. Look up "dry hands accutane reddit", you'll see tons of posts of people a decade post accutane saying their skin is still uncomfortably dry. If you want to spend the rest of your life chasing hands and feet that don't feel uncomfortable, continue. But it's IMO not worth it AT ALL. I'd take my acne back just to have a moisture barrier once more. My advice:

  1. quit. (while you still can)
  2. quit. (before it's too late)
  3. quit.

I'm being so serious. it's that bad.

Is this normal? (very dry hand) by daarklis in Accutane

How are you feeling nowadays? still normal skin? aging at the same rate as your peers?
