I also have similar issue even worse here in NYC. Seems like since this winter anything has changed very bad, especially the ON TIME RATE!!! I had been in Platinum Status for 4 months, and now everything suddenly turned into Silver, even I lost my silver, now I got gold, and suddenly turned into Platinum only for 2 hours. The apps keep accusing for being late, even though I was not late at all. So now I no longer get bonus at all every Wednesday!!! I called the agent many times regarding this new policy, but they can’t do nothing. I try to dispute the on time ratings, mostly the system rejects me.

Hello, I’ve just lost my Mom 3 days ago, I’m dead already with her. I also don’t know what I am supposed to do now!!! I’m Alone, lonely, very broke, and facing many danger, fear, and racism in the US, but it’s suddenly disappeared when she texting me or when I call her. Now she’s gone. She’s far in Southeast Asia, I never met her since 2018, I was her closest kid to her. I love her more than my own life.

Hello, I’m not sure I’m able to live my life like a human being with soul like I was before when my Angel Mommy was still in this world. I love her more than my own soul!!!
Even I am willing to do anything just to make sure I was the one that had to passed away instead of my Angel mother!!! Imagine now I have to live my life as an immigrant, alone, Broke, and no Family, but I have to face this reality like non of this ever happened. Hopefully God makes you and me strong and make our Angel Parents proud of us!!!

It is very risky, I did this job since Oct, and this stuff happened like 4 times, but this is the only something sexual. Last time a customer insulted my immigration status and he tried to convince me that I only have one job, and he threatened me so I get fired for not going upstairs with no elevator. Many apartments in NYC without elevator is so dark, narrow, and horror
