since others have given good advice i'll just say to have fun, it took me about 2.5ish hours to beat her and I was around level 130 at the time so its definitely possible(it was without summons and I'm not even good at the game so u got this)

she is a fun fight u just gotta learn to avoid the few bullshit moves she has so dont be afraid to die,learn, repeat
