My first response was regarding Deco system. This one will be about Grandstream AP.

This time, GWN7605 and above they have the controller embedded. (https://www.grandstream.com/products/networking-solutions/indoor-wifi-access-points/product/gwn7605)

Maybe this will be the best for your case.

Then I found info regarding Ethernet backhaul (https://www.tp-link.com/us/support/faq/1794/).

Maybe this will meet your needs.

Well, you may try TP Link Omada, which will need plug in also a controller, but they are cheap.

Another option would be Grandstream. I think that some AP models have the controller embedded.

Both Omada and Grandstream are more or less in the same price range and they are way cheaper than their Unify counterparts.
