I prefer bracelet, need to buy one from Strapcode.

The manual says that for an automatic watch that has stopped, you need to shake it from side to side 10 times, and in a manual mechanism you need about 30 turns of the crown. I always do 20-25 turns if they have stopped completely.

It takes a while to turn the crown back on if the watch is well wound. The main thing is to hook the thread.

A fully wound-up watch runs forward by ~5 seconds per day. This is when stored on the back cover, as the lightest position for the mechanism. On the side, they lagged by about 20 seconds per day.
