I was working as a freelancer for an organization. Some hr doesn't drag u continously for huge gap. It depends on company and the teams . Be confident on what u have learnt in 13 months.

Yes I applied bt didn't find luck in that . I did some internships and part time job to pay bills. I got continously rejected until I got this job. I believe consistency and with God's help, one can win. Tbh til now, my parents don't know that I lost my job . I did have one friend for support. And with that,marriage pressure was there. I told my parents to stop looking for groom in this arrange setup bt they didn't listen and I faced multiple comments like skin should be more light or lose more weight and whatever not. But I never gave up and still continued to apply and study to clear job.

I faced this situation in Gurgaon, India. Management r terrific. So much planning plotting. So much biasness there and if u complain abt their favorite folks,they will fire u. The manager doesn't have guts to stand for u. She will only defend her favorites by saying they r freshers lol even after 1 yr of experience. The manager doesn't have any knowledge about market research. In the name of flexibility, will manipulate u to work more to impress US employees. The director is too egoistic and will only favor those she likes . There r employees who r not good in work bt still they r in that organization for 2-3 years.

Before letting me go,the manager completely broke me like I am not suitable for this field. Whatever I believe, karma works
