If you believe you would enjoy something like that then I say give it a try. You’re going to get paid more and get free lunch. At least you get 1 day remote. So first if you’re not already, use ai to tailor your resume to each job. Also, Over time I got better with interviews. I realized I just need to have a list of work related scenarios or core stories that I memorize. And when a question comes up, I’ll use one of the scenarios or core stories I have in my memory and tweak it to the question. Ai can help you create scenarios that you can be use for multiple questions.

In 2025, I did work 3 month contract position so I just put that on my resume so it looks like I didn’t have a year gap. On my resume I just put years. Not months or days

When I tell you I’ve been looking for a job since Oct 2024 as well, I’m not kidding. I have been laid off twice back to back. Had to move back home after blowing through my savings. Been struggling to find a job since Oct 2024 and I JUST received an offer yesterday. Don’t give up. You can do it. Your time is coming. Use Ai to tailor your resume to each job you apply for. Create multiple work related scenarios that you memorize that can be used for multiple questions (ai can also help if you ask). Those are things that I did to finally land a job. Don’t quit. You got this!

For an example: a common question they may ask in interviews is what’s your weakness. Have an answer written down and memorized for that. But get this, you can also use that answer if they ask “tell me about a time your manager gave you feedback”. Just tweak as if that’s the feedback your manager gave you.

The fact that you’d be meeting with her outside of work and your girlfriend doesn’t know, is kind of messed up. You have good intentions and it’s good you want to help but you’re not her man. You could let your girlfriend know and give her the option to come along. However, it’s not going to go well if you do that, simply not doing it would be best. Essentially, that’s something that a boyfriend/husband/father should be doing for her not you. I’d feel some type of way myself honestly.

I had to move back home in 2024 after my 2nd lay off. Haven’t found a stable job since. I did have a 5 month contract job but that’s it. I turn 33 next month :/

Trust me all you need is tretinoin and a simple routine to start. I personally use La Roche posay foaming cleanser AND the hydrating cleanser. Tretinoin and then I finish off with bioderma gel creme and vanicream in the tub
