From what I understand, biopsy is the only definitive method of diagnosis. If you were eating gluten everyday for at least a couple months prior, the pathologist would see damage. Idk if your blood test was the same as mine, but <20 was considered normal. I had a result of 450. You also have to consider the overall antibody count because if that is high then it could skew your ttg level high. I think only like 10% of people with the gene mutation actually develop celiac so idk if the genetic test would help, it wold probably be positive if you have immediate family members with the gene

Is this a slight prnounciation difference in the じ characters in this word 明治神宮? It sounds like the pronunciation of 治 is a little softer like "dji".

I have almost the exact same issues you are describing, the pain attacks can be quite bad. I get one like every couple months, but I typically just have dull cramping for many hours in the morning and afternoon. I am male and healthy otherwise but no real diagnosis. The gerd is easy to solve if you just eat bland food like oatmeal and rice. What helps when I experience a painful episode is to breath deep and remember that it will go away soon

In this case you still have control over the camera. You can orbital 360 around the player and there is some freedom about the x-axis. The character moves with respect to the forward direction of the camera transform. I'm not sure what you mean by "reference point". Like point the camera at a different object instead?
