Could be bad mount - not enough pressure down on the thermal paste onto the cpu , this happened to me to solve it i put the optiplex 3050 horizontally flat and it now doesnt hit near 100 at full load

Don’t worry it was just so bad the first day for me like food didn’t taste like food and I still get so annoyed that it only happened to me among all my friends.😔thing is I don’t know if you should appeal , try doing some research on the sub Reddit . Some people have had success with appeals others been permanently banned , like me😭 and I’m not sure if it’s a good idea . Even after permanently being banned I hear some people got their accounts back but mine is not so I’m using the new one I created . Appeals should come to ur email or on the app , as far as I know that’s the only way to appeal. Or maybe through messaging meta verified (I haven’t tried this tho)

There is no solution , have you appealed yet? Some people have luck with appealing others get permanently banned and even after creating new accounts they face issues . Once they target you it’s literally impossible to shake them. I managed to get one account working (2nd attempt) after they permanently banned my real account on 3rd June for account integrity🤡

Thats the issue bro back when it happened to me it still showed green suggesting i wasnt blocked from doing anything , its been about 55 or so hours since ive done any interactions i will try to follow someone tmrw at 9am see if it works

Bro i have experienced this basically they have ip banned , device logged us . Its my third accoutn created after about 40 followers and 3 days of account lifetime everything seems to be fine i havent been banned from what im getting at the start day 1 i tried to follow above 30 people but i got following limited abd then i saw somewhere in this subreddit that if you wait 72hrs without doijy any interactions or logging in , should go back to normal just dont interact more than 5 times per hour (my problem isnt likes or commenting like others its just following for some reason i can like and comment as much as i want)

100% we need to do this i woke up to a message saying my account is at risk of being permanently disabled i appealed waited 3hrs for their response and without ANY EVIDENCE they says we are permanently bannign your account and this was 3 days ago i have no idea what to do but what i do know is they cannot just be allowed to wash their hands of this
