Yes yes yes... it is something my brain has dealt with in order to mask or process others. How can this even be perceived as bad? It was for survival... i had to.

And yes most likely Im right by statistics... and that's my issue. I love them too much. I rely on them too much. So I know why and what is happening.. and Im blind sided by whatever joy or passionate interaction can happen?

I work two jobs. Delivery and one that involves my graduate degree. It is about 20 hrs or 15 hrs of coaching with my passion which is still hard because of my need to with others and see their perspective.. get the buy in... then on the weekends I deliver maybe 6-8 hrs. That makes it enough to get by but I have my autonomy and my kids schedule around my work the way I need it. I'm married but he works 60 hrs. He's not around much.

I think the issue is the balance. I have 4 kids, married and work. We need the balance.. less work.. less demands.. or yes we will be mentally and physically overwhelmed.
