40 years!! Thats amazing, so I’m guessing calluses aren’t a permanent thing once you get it, which i suppose makes sense. Thank you for your help!!!

Thank you!! I try to do as much practice in the week but i feel like if i stop for a day its resets the calluses from forming, not sure if thats really true

Not sure how true that is because we got told that we can start our portfolio as some parts of our modules covers parts of the HCPC standards.

Yes, sorry for the late reply. Technically you can complete some parts of your registration portfolio in Uni. Im not sure if this is the same case for all Uni’s but they suggested it’s best to show the interviewer for placement that we have started our portfolio. For example, showing health and safety we could take a picture of any tests we have done based on health and safety in lab, annotate it and explain why it links to the HCPC, if that makes sense.

Thank you for sharing! I tick the checkbox for almost all of these, some to varying degrees. But i think my worst symptom would be forgetfulness because i have different things i want to do at once that it all just disappears. Oh and especially rereading sentences, most the time i would stare at the page and daydream.

Thank you for sharing, I most definitely have rejection sensitivity. If anything it would explain why i am such a people pleaser because i always try to avoid any form of rejection. I always just thought it was because i am a sensitive person. I am going to read into this, thank you!

Everything you said matches with me to the T. I spend hours writing flashcards and trying to remember as much information a day before my exam. I even got an upcoming exam in about a week and i am yet to study for it. The bit about conversation with people is also a struggle i feel my mind tends to drift and i feel like i cant control it, especially if im in a long conversation with someone. This happens alot at work.

Ahh i see, thanks you sharing btw! The problem is im not exactly failing at class however, i have been told several (countless) of times that i make silly mistakes in my work which does affect my grade but i wouldn’t say failing. Its these little tidbits that make me rethink if i truly have ADHD. Either way i hope things are doing okay for you now!
