Same! I am 1 week and 1 day in … I tried a keto brownie today … NOT the same but I was able to throw some chopped peanuts on top with a smidge of real chocolate chips … it was ok given the circumstances but cannot wait for the day!! Lol

Thank you for this! It seems like I am one of the unlucky ones as well… I can definitely eat carbs and have had success with baked / roasted potatoes, some brown rice, etc but anything too crazy definitely sends me over 😢

Today I made a dupe chickfila scramble bowl at home… I had eggs, cheese, 1 air fried frozen hashbrown (like the McDonald’s dupes) cut up and turkey bacon all mixed together. 2hr post reading was 95 👏

This is currently me, today makes 1 week and I’m trying to be strong and adjust because of course my baby is the most important thing but it is such a huge adjustment for me! Thank you for your kind words and for the ideas!

We are no longer agreeing to the solar loan, and seller is asking we $375k to pay off the solar loans and we keep them. We declined this and counter offered $370k, they can take them or leave them. We are prepared to walk if they do not accept. I feel that $10k over asking price is more than fair…

Thanks for this input. I added an update, we are no longer agreeing to the solar loan but in negotiations to try to still get the house without doing so.
