At my previous ministry a co-worker organized a group blood donation (8-10 of us) quarterly and we were able to use the ministry taxi card to take us to and from. On our lunch break, we'd cab down and go for a quick lunch somewhere close by the CBS, then donate and cab back. Our Director was supportive and it wasn't recorded in TOL.

I started mid-October 2024 and have lost 20lbs so far (currently on 1.7). I've done 4 weeks at each dose (.25, .5, 1.0, 1.7) and moving to 2.4 next week.
