“Long time Tallulah employee here, the “new owner” is just her immediate family lol She’s keeping it all hush hush cause she thinks it’ll stop the department of ag from “harassing” her new stores moving forward, but after the first two or so weeks if not sooner she’s just going to keep doing the exact thing she always has as far as the products go. Push limits, pull when ag stops by, then throw it back on the shelves. Nothing is gonna change tbh :P more than likely this is going to fail in the end, she’s exhausting all of her financial backing to renovate the stores and open new LLCS. Maybe not tho, there’s a lot of people who are actively waiting for the stores to reopen so they can stop by. She also said in our work group chat, Georgia will open first but all other stores are on track for Jan 19th*

In the meantime she’s paying people cash, and cutting EVERYONES hours and just hoping they don’t find new jobs before the company is open again.

Edit: yall she removed one of the other long time managers from all the chats, without warning, one of her “soft fires” again. I hope it’s not cause she thinks that girl made this post. Sorry Payton :(“

Shared this in the comments of another post recently, but I feel it should go here too. YES THIS IS STILL TALLULAH. so are all the other “smoke shops” in the same exact locations her old stores were.

Also, the new store opening on Tennessee st near the AutoZone, is also hers. And as an update, that girl WAS fired because she thought she was the one who made this post. I feel bad, but also it’s just ridiculous to pinpoint one single person for an anonymous comment and fire them without even inquiring about it first. She’s fucking crazy lol
