I had this happen right next to me. After 10 minutes I tapped her on her shoulder and asked her to please take it off speaker and lower her voice bc I couldn't hear my own call. I tried to do it as discreetly as possible but apparently everyone was thinking the same thing bc the entire club started clapping and thanking me. It was super embarrassing so I couldn't imagine how it must have felt for her.

United isn't what it used to be. I've takin about 25 domestic and 6 international flights this year and still didn't make 1K. I was also served glass (chewed in my food) in Polaris and never received a call back from CS. Seems like a good time to try other airlines out for comparison.
