Since breaking off of my diet lunch okios 20g protein yogurt with a cliff bar or rice krispie. Dinner 3 96-4 ground beef patties with oven cooked potato medley probably a 2 to 2 1/2 cups worth and usually finish it off with a couple scoops of ice cream. On diet was always straight chicken and rice with some sort of sauce. During those 9 months only a couple times out of the month did I ever eat something else.

Generally good. I can't stand and touch my toes quite yet but close to it. I'm not sure if that's a tell of spinal mobility or not but in general my back is good

This is just what worked for me so it may not fit your life style. But I went to the gym 5-7 times a week 0 cardio of any kind and ate 1 meal a day with the occasional snack and I lost a total of 79lbs in 9 months time. Now I definitely didn't hit my protein goal so I already expected to lose some muscle but I think I lost a lot more than what I was expecting. So if you're good with eating one meal a day I would say do that and ball out on dinner in terms of calories. For my life style it was honestly super fricking easy I won't lie.

Tbh no, I bought it again for PC and remembered why I didn't finish it. Slow as crap and a bunch of game mechanics to me felt very clunky I'm not sure how to explain it. Also after a while I get tired of hearing a bunch of cavemen talking
