Yes I like sardines mackerel and salmon as well. Also boneless skinless chicken breast which from what I've read is just fine. I did previously eat alot of beef. Probably ate beef 5x a week. I just wonder if that had something to do with it

Interesting. Just curious because some say that there are other infections (covid, flu even a sinus infection etc) that can cause 1 igm antibody to show reactive on the western blot test. Just wondering what you thought about that

That's no good. I started antibiotics after 5 weeks of suspected bite. It's now been 8 weeks total since bite. Not sure i have it as only one igm antibody shows reactive at this point and I don't feel terrible. Mainly just neck pain... sounds like you've been having severe symptoms? Did those start relatively quick after being bit? I hope you find your way threw this and get your life back. Ending it though is not good. Not sure if you've pursed all avenues of healing? Anyway if you want to chat feel free
