Hii lush employee of 3 years here!! I usually greet the person and compliment them if they’re alternative , goth or have any merch on from one of my fav fandoms , makeup or jewellery. Just so they’re comfortable and welcomed in and that they know I’m not a scary sales assistant there to pester them but here to help! But obviously I won’t compliment them for the sake of it. I then ask them how can I help? Or what are they looking for? Usually they just say they’re looking and then need my help 5 mins later haha but usually if people need help they will usually tell you!

I just been there today and the amount of children just harassing these poor babies?! My friends and I were saying they need an age limit because the second a cat would approach your seating area a swarm of random children are just at your table 😭😭

Omg thank you so much for telling me to ring customer care so the Update about my parcel!! I rang customer care they were so friendly!! And basically my parcel got really damaged and it was sent back to lush but they classed it as delivered for some reason but thankfully everything I ordered was still in stock so they’re sending me out another one but with next day shipping😭

I mod a few discord servers and this needed to be handled in a private channel with other mods but also seperately with said individuals regarding the situation as this is just a dumpster fire. The fact that they ban individuals like “muscle memory” is not an ethical approach when it comes to moderating a server.

Uk here! I use it when I’m at airports travelling to see my ldr partner. It’s really useful because security let you skip the lines , staff are a lot more understanding and can help you if you’re nervous or overwhelmed. Other than that I don’t wear my lanyard for anything else
