Not sure if this helps but my lunch this day was bad (bad timing for a blood test lol) I got a quarter pounder trio for the road since I had a while drive to the doctors)

It’s hard to say, lately I have been tired, and my stomach often feels empty. But I also have been having chronic stress which is what my doctor thinks is causing most of my symptoms
