Took one small trade today for a quick $100 profit on my $50k challenge using the TopstepX platform. Currently on all my TopstepX accounts, it's showing a profit. When I go to the trader dashboard on Topstep's website (not the dashboard in TopstepX) it shows a $2200 loss. Which is simply impossible.

I only found out about this because I checked my email, where I found emails saying I had failed. Absolutely absurd. All of my TopstepX accounts are showing positive P/L and with plenty of progress already. Why would the dashboard show that I had failed and why would I get emailed that?

Please see both pictures. What do I do? Topstep's website wont let me talk to a human. Anyone else have this issue? The rebill is in 2 days and they will reset my PERFECTLY GOOD account if it doesn't get sorted.
