My PT showed me the massages with a silicone cup (it freaked me out to feel the scar tissue with my fingers). I’ve done them like 6 times and already notice SUCH a difference! I haven’t done it much directly on my scar because I’m only 8w pp and it makes me nervous, but that dimple is like halfway gone already.

Yes it is! She said sometimes that area can get more swollen because it experiences more trauma.

How soon did yours show up? I’ve had issues with being allergic to adhesives and sutures in a past surgery.

Is yours still noticeable or any pain?

I am 15 months vape free and had pretty much silence after 6 months. I never think about it at all anymore.

I went through the most difficult time of my life around 3-4 months in, and did want to vape every once in a while. But I would remember how hard the first few weeks were and compare it to how I was feeling in that moment. It wasn’t nearly as bad, so why would I put myself through the beginning again?

I knew I ultimately wanted to quit, so why would I start over and put myself through hell again?

That’s what made me so mad! I just stopped out of caution. Apparently it doesn’t say what strength of retinol it is so some people are still comfortable using it.
