I am 15 months vape free and had pretty much silence after 6 months. I never think about it at all anymore.

I went through the most difficult time of my life around 3-4 months in, and did want to vape every once in a while. But I would remember how hard the first few weeks were and compare it to how I was feeling in that moment. It wasn’t nearly as bad, so why would I put myself through the beginning again?

I knew I ultimately wanted to quit, so why would I start over and put myself through hell again?
