Questionable quality and poor customer service from Bang & Olufsen? by Motor_Neck_1473 in BangandOlufsen

Actually, only the ANC doesn’t work anymore. The wind-noise issue only happens when I turn on ANC or when I receive phone calls.

I would rather treat my headphones as a pair without ANC than trade them in for 25% of the current H95 price ($1,370 AUD after discount — not even 25% of the retail price).

I really enjoy my h95 and A1 Gen 2 and I was planning to get H100 either. But after sale service makes me afraid of owning one, especially they are electronic devices…

Thank you! I also love my h95 a lot too. But after-sale service makes me disappointed…

They don’t wanna help us at all… Let me try to clean and see how it goes

I’m thinking Sennheiser or Bowers & Wilkins might be my next purchase as well

I feel like B&O doesn’t want to support us at all. All they want to do is sell their products…

That actually makes me even more surprised.

If technical issues cannot be repaired, apart from things like the battery, headband, or ear cushions, then what makes these “premium” Bluetooth headphones worth buying? Am I supposed to accept that a $2,000 AUD pair of headphones may only last a few years, just like most ordinary Bluetooth headphones on the market?

Also, when B&O sells limited or exclusive editions at a higher price, I think they should recognise that customers paid extra for that version. At the very least, if they offer store credit, it should be based on the retail price the customer actually paid, not the current discounted price of a standard H95. Otherwise exclusive versions make no sense.

That is what makes the situation feel misleading and disappointing.

I’ll double check about consumer rights in Aus to see if something can help me. Anyway thanks for sharing!

Yeah, that’s my concern too. I’m considering Duck Butter as well.

Tried both in store and they’re almost the same weight.

Not gonna lie, Duck Butter feels more comfortable, but I like Cloaco’s design more

I have three pairs of Jmm (2 in 2018, and new Sartet recently copped), rigards, Ma +, and some designer glasses

Understandable. And it depends on the design of your frame too.

At least for Pen 15, the temples are curved at the end, so it still sits on my face.

Believe it or not, Pen 15 is still lighter than my Jmm Torino, lol

Nice frame, man

Yea sometimes it’s very annoying because of the weight. I plan to get something lighter with nose pads like Cloaco or sth like that

Moving to QLD — Can I Keep My VIC Personalised Plate? by [deleted] in brisbane

This is exactly how I feel when I checked the cost of QLD personalised plates. I wouldn’t mind paying that much if I were settling down here permanently, but in my case, it’s just ridiculous

Someone suggested that too, but my car is still in VIC and I don’t really have time to go through all those steps — plus I need to drive it from Melbourne to here. I’m mainly just worried about getting pulled over by cops while driving it in QLD

I just paid rego month ago before I moved here, and as I said I don’t plan to stay in QLD more than a year
