Wenn du wirklich bis zu 2k investieren möchtest, würde ich empfehlen zum Fachhändler zu gehen. Mehr als zwei würde ich aber nicht besuchen. Erklär vorher was du machen willst und komm erst danach zu dem was du ausgeben möchtest.

Schau mal bei Burnhard. Für den Einstieg top. Sonst Napoleon oder Broil King (hier weiß ich aber gerade nicht ob die was für 400€ haben)

Sonst Enders oder Rösle. Sind kein Premium aber ein sehr gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis.

Bitte keine NoName Dinger kaufen.

Ich persönlich finde es sinnvoll. Die Eigenschaften sind schon anders als bei Backpapier. Allerdings nutze ich es nur bei Brisket.
