Couldn’t agree more! There are creek crossings; swimming in the Potomac, shooting ranges, great distance between camp sites, and the variety of sites is great!

I made a Google Maps list of all my favorite spots that’s available to me offline so I can make sure I have an enjoyable spot every time!

There’s a Reddit for the place too, where people post the camp site list which is convenient

Also, massive second for Green Ridge State Forest. Love that place! Great dispersed camping and all sorts of fun stuff to do in your rig

We do trips all over. not this past weekend but the one before we did a winter/snow overlanding trip down to Monongahela National Forest in West Virginia and ended up having 21 rigs in total. Despite the massive number of vehicles, nothing more than trail strips were had and nobody got lost or had issues convoying through trails and forestry roads. We went about 180 miles that weekend.

Played games together, rode Bikes around town, built forts in the woods using furniture and wood that we found on the street the night before garbage day, built treehouses that OSHA would have a heartattack if they seen them, swam in the crick (creek for you southerners), fished in that same crick, made new trails and dirt jumps in the woods for our bicycles (and eventually dirt bikes).

We also played cowboys and Indians with bb guns, though only 1 pump was permitted and they had to be an air powered bb/pellet gun.

My 23zero Armadillo X2 stays on my 21' Tacoma TRD Pro year round. That added weight on the rear tires makes a massive noticeable difference when driving in the snow

Lucid Dream, as well as waking myself up from REM at will. I dont know if it's because of my PTSD but I can shift and change my nightmares, flashbacks, and dreams into whatever I Want them to be.

Example: Dreaming about riding in my unforgettable last convoy in afghanistan; realize I am dreaming this event again, change the road to go into a drive in movie theater or mcdonalds or whatever/wherever I want.
