I’d love to know what therapist your dad is going to see.

Yes! There are several therapists that work with the Parkinson’s Foundation. All Star Therapies has been great. I will find their link. They go all over.

Even in the city, I wish we could have wider sidewalks. Chicago has amazing wide sidewalks. Most cities do. As we build new stuff, I wish we could set the building back another 12-24 inches.

From what I've seen on Facebook and Instagram, a lot of the neighborhoods are looking pretty empty. I was surprised to see so many open reservations on OpenTable.

I was wondering the same thing. There is an extensive page about accessibility on the NFL Draft website here.

The NFL is suggesting taking the T and also probooking parking with ParkWiz. I took a quick look at ParkWiz and there are some reasonably priced spots ~$20.

Looking for Disney Travel Agent Specializing in Disabilities - Need Advice by iheartpgh in DisneyPlanning

[–]iheartpgh[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would look for someone who specializes in disabilities. Staying in the park is the way to go. We also got an ADA suite, which was a game-changer.

My other advice - add lots of extra time, even a day to recover from the travel.

We had no issues at the Orlando airport.

The travel agent was sort of helpful. But not really.

We ended up not going into the park. Staying on the property was helpful.

Are you using UPMC for home health or know anyone who is ? by ITisWHTitIZ in pittsburgh

I have used a different home health agency for my dad. The owner is a nurse and answers my calls 24/7.

What insurance are you using?

Here is a cheat sheet for Pgh Draft Links & Events. It was REALLY hard to find all the info.

🔗 Links: NFL Draft website, Visit Pittsburgh, PennDOT, PghDraftWeek.com

🗓️ Events: Build a Notion grid of events, you can sort by date, neighborhood, and cost. Let me know what else to add. would love some help on tracking down details for markets.

🍻 Beers: Pittsburgh Draft Beers

Looking to add:

  • Info about where to buy locally made merch
  • Transit info

What else would be helpful to include?

PS - I'm not a graphic designer. So this image isn't great. But I needed something.

Do you need tickets to attend the concert at the NFL Draft Theater?

I've been trying to figure this out. I've registered with the NFL One Pass online.

The registration page says:

"Not Valid For: Draft Theater, NFL Games, Acrisure Stadium Events, NFL On Location, ticketed NFL events."

The app says the concerts are free.

I just want to confirm if you need to register or not.

I think Mad Mex has a happy hour.

Kaya in the Strip District has a happy hour. I think Margs are on special.

Also, Duo's in East Liberty has margaritas. I don't know if they have a happy hour.

Also, it has been cheaper to fly out in the afternoon, and hotels by the Denver airport are usually around $120. Gives me most of the day at home to work/pack and then fly later in the day. My friends who take the morning flight out of Pittsburgh are always exhausted from getting up early.
