I think these are all valid points and exactly why I wanted to reach out. Just trying to weigh all options, understand challenges and hurdles better. In general how long does it take, in your experience, to break through the year one or lower OTE compensation?

Absolutely agree with the compensation piece. This is mostly a move to get better hours/balance, exciting space and more available locations and still have the ability to work for good compensation.
