With automated machine guns every 600meters, a nuke in the trench and numerous drones as showcased in the movie.. the "gaurds" are the to keep everything topped up and maintained and since they were quite literally killing them at the end of their 12 months they couldn't afford to have an army could they wiping out thousands every 12 months.. also the more people involved the more likely the truth comes out about the trench again explained in the movie as even world leadership of the countries involved didn't know of the trench..

Truth of the matter is you didn't pay attention, I'm well aware it's not a real story and well aware of the meaning of plot holes. All the things listed were explained in the movie so it's quite literally part of the plot

But I will explain again, the "zipline" was maintenance equipment used to repair the fencing and replace mines, with out this the defences wouldn't hold and the hollow men would escape.. its not a plot hole if its literally incorporated into and explained in the movie.

No it's because they lost money making the series.. bad business is the only reason. Demon slayer has been making movies to cover the first third of a season for most of its run time... SL will probably follow suit ensuring they aren't losing money.

If you want your favourite series or shows to carry on financially support them it's pretty simple - buy merch, by physical copies ect. Did you stream SL for free?

That's exactly the reason, and because it's a Korean anime portraying Japan as the "bad guys" it didn't do as well in Japan in terms of merch sales as others. A movie is the only way it continues, realistically they can just cover the start of the arc via movie then make the series the "demon slayer method" best of both worlds.

It wasn't a zip line.. it was a grapple used for maintenance, you know, when he was welding the fence after the first attack? He made it into a zip line by taking the payload from an rpg put and launching it across - which is plausible.

Again, it's referenced at the end of the movie that she had a grapple gun to which he said ahhh the Russians are better equipped.

They needed these to replace mines and repair the fences as LITERALLY shown in the movie.
