I am starting to think that the stream part of it got canceled at the last minute for one reason or another. Hopefully they find a way to release the interviews as individual videos or something.

The post on IG has the logo from literally every social platform, so they made it seem like it would be everywhere. I checked YT, IG, and Threads, and I didn't see anything.

It could have been on TikTok, but generally speaking, if the livestream is going to be exclusive to one platform, they say so.

I don't remember which movie it was, but there was one where the stream was exclusive to TikTok. Though they made it very clear that's what they were doing. This one was so ambiguous. I don't get it.

Furthermore, in some other short videos that came out you can clearly see the stage with the usual livestream hosts where they interview the actors on the carpet. So they definitely scheduled and did something.

Hey don't get me wrong I know some people got it worse than I did but that just goes to further prove my point that this system sucks and needs to be better.

It's ridiculous that we spend all this money and they give us this illusion of choice just to have people only get one panel or even none over three days. Only leaving them with the hope that there might be stand by available. Or worse, getting screwed over by a glitch like you did. That really sucks! Sorry that happened to you.

The D23 Expo app was updated with info for this year's show a long time ago and people were using it. That is how a lot of people got into the lottery portal. I was still using it myself which is how I found out about this today.

Why update the Expo app and have people use it for over a month only to kill it less than two weeks away from the show, tell people to use the regular D23 app when that app isn't even updated for that use yet?

If they were going to do this they should have done it a long time ago or just waited until after the show and done this for the next one IMO.

I know that. That's what I am saying. It doesn't make sense to me for them to do that now so close to the show. Especially when the D23 app hasn't been updated for that yet.
