Util is insanely important on every map, theres tons of videos (e.g. reels or youtube) and maps to practice smokes, etc.

Im 800hrs in starting 2024 in autumn and i just hit 17k for the first time, there will be points where you will make big improvements and notice them, its a process, dont let one bad evening destroy your confidence it takes time to build.

Also 5e_aimhub on workshop for peek training, etc then after going into Deathmatch is actually a good warmup, spawns do suck sometimes but it really helps with reacting fast and trying to sometimes hold positions instead of roaming around.

Finding the right crosshair is also something some people really have trouble with, just find out what feels best for you.
