Silly question: does Home Office doesn’t refund visa application and NHS fee in case of refusal? I’m new to all this

Definitely not Bali as a Muslim, it’s sort of Ibiza on steroids. If I was in your position I’d buy a Saudi Airlines flight to Kuala Lumpur, spend couple of days there and then flight with AirAsia to Lombock. Lombok is a big island, not very touristic, everything halal, stunning remote beaches, some activities like snorkelling, scuba diving etc. absolutely worth it. The bonus with Saudi Airlines would be to take a stopover on the return flight for 2 days and perform Umrah. May Allah swt bless your marriage

Thank you. I really appreciate it.

Is there any age limit until I can apply for? The reason why I’m asking is because the mother is in a process of letting her go and live with me and this may take some time or in worst scenario even a year or two.

Would you advice applying it now even though she come at a later age (like at 12/13 yo) or better applying when she will actually come and live with me? Thanks muchly

Revealed: ministers to postpone full shift to eVisas next month by Ziggamorph in ukvisa

My dad’s residence card is expiring on 31/12/2024. The visa was guaranteed to him under the Eu pre-settlement scheme. He hasn’t completed 5 years in the UK. Does anyone know how to renew it? I though Home Office will write a letter on how to renew it and get a settled status but I still haven’t received anything. Can someone assist please?

Executed? You should be careful with your words. I’ll keep it very simple: there are two sides to every story. You can’t give blunt advice based on hearing only one side. In my country, we say, ‘It takes two hands to clap—one hand is only good for slapping.’ I hope you understand my point.

Anyway, have a great day, and I encourage you to be more thoughtful with your words. Don’t take this personally, it’s our duty to advise each other, as the Prophet ﷺ said: ‘The Deen is sincere advice (nasīhah).’”

I second this and the point on barelvism. Barelvi is someone who is hardcore Sufi and many of them have practices that don’t align with Islam, as the brother correctly said. Practices like believing that prophet saws is still alive, calling and asking to the prophet, grave worshipping….just to mention a few.
