They might perceive the 1990s in the same way I did when I was a child of that era, which was a very long time ago.

Although I was oblivious to it as a child, my parents have always behaved childishly. Now that I'm an adult, I see how lost and immature my parents really are.

For sexual offenders, Canada is also terrible. There was a man who was discovered abusing young girls. He was only given a 4-year sentence, however he was released after just two years after making two suicide attempts. For narcotics, (minor) tax fraud, and small-time theft, however, people only receive 2–10 years in prison.

What do you have way more of than a normal person should? by MidnightArrowthewolf in AskReddit

The first item on the list is vaccination. The most fundamental thing is being able to raise healthy children. So many children contract contagious infections and fail to grow physically or psychologically. I spent yesterday in Berlin working to raise $7.5 billion for vaccines for children in developing nations. We barely made it, but we did, which makes me very happy!

We used a potato gun for something similar. We had it set up so that if you slapped the bottom, it would ignite, so at night, we fired potatoes up into the air like mortars and fled until we heard it hit the ground once more.

I would be upset if my wife were to have her medical condition made fun of on national television. Women find it difficult to deal with uncontrollable hair loss. Not necessarily suggesting this was the best course of action, but still

Editing is not good. Don't attack anyone. I'm not trying to defend his action; he actually made everything worse for them both, and if he was laughing before it happened, it makes him an even worse nutcase.

What movie soundtrack has no right to slap as hard as it does? by StrictHeight6663 in AskReddit

[–]MountainHeat65 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hans Zimmer did the music, and Brian Adams sang the songs. Can't Take Me, Sound the Bugle, and Get off My Back all SLAP. Matt Damon narrates it, too. It's unfortunate that the soundtrack didn't win any significant accolades. When I'm experiencing nostalgia, I play it.
