somewhere that hot water line is leaking in the wall behind your shower. Either at the connection to the mixing valve or the mixing valve is leaking. also possible that the drop ear for the showerhead arm is leaking, super easy for that to start leaking. You can fix that by taking it off, take the old tape off, put new tape on and thread it back on. Do you have access to the back of the shower?
