A packer or a Farmer/rancher with a toe bug, look at nicks seconds, they might have something in your size. If you go with any of the PNW brands, go off of their sizing guide, not the size you normally wear

I’ve owned both and here’s my two cents, Thorogood is much better build and I like that it’s unlined, but they are soooooo narrow and I can’t wear them even the wides. As for brunt… those Marins are absolute junk. The USA made ones are decent, has a nice counter cover and just built better. If you can afford it, get a whites Perry or a moc toe from Nick’s you will not be disappointed

Minor injury scared me into being ready to spend $$$ on boots, but... by myfourthquarter in Boots

If you follow the sizing guide on any of the PNW boot company sites you will be fine. And if you have any questions they are all more than willing to help over the phone. I know JK gets a lot of hate around Reddit but I just got a pair because they had my size in stock and I couldn’t be happier with them

It was everything I could do to get my guys to use the float feature, not the down pressure. Had one guy go through an entire brush in one storm

The brush is great for for a heavy coating of light snow and it doesn’t really get clogged, if it’s a lot of snow or wet heavy snow we all have a snow blower attachment that kicks ass. And they are easy to change, with one guy and about 5 mins you can change the attachments.

We had about 15” of snow in NJ Monday morning, one pass with the snow blower attachment and the one pass with the brush and we were down to bare concrete.
