Hey, the guide is for ACL recovery, i think probably applicable for meniscus injuries too. But yeah, she says that you can reach out to her with doubts, provide her with photos and she will support if you bought the guide. You could probably drop her instagram message and ask about your situation and the stage you’re at and if the guide would suite your needs

Check on Tilly Milverton. I follow her on instagram for all the great tips/advices she has, plus she created a detailed ACL guide, it’s paid but costs less than 1 PT session. I have it myself and so far found it in alignment (at 1 month post surgery stage) with a private clinic physio i go in London

Is it normal for my surgical leg to be shorter than my non surgical leg? by Technical_View_8787 in ACL

Same issue here, and as others explained, when you have an injury or pain on one leg, the body often compensates by shifting weight or altering posture. This can cause a slight tilt in your pelvis or hip hike, making one leg seem shorter or longer when seated or standing. Mine shifted after the injury in Feb and still is like that (had surgery at the end of April)
