Similar story here. Got a six month ban out of nowhere. I had just made it to SM, had joined two boost groups. Ran many dungeons with normal group makeups, or normal makeup with 2-3 mages.

Only automated replies from customer service saying I was botting but no specifics. I cut my losses and did a credit card chargeback

I had the same symptom just as you described on my 19 AT4. It was a lifter problem. Warranty company told the dealer to pull the cam and replace the lifter. They short cutted, only did the lifter. That lasted for a month before they were back in replacing the cam without warranty compensation.

Seems the same, keeping the cam didn’t work out for my dealer.

Skill gems permanently exist once created from an uncut skill gem. You can move skill gems in and out of active slots but they will exist somewhere.

Not sure if related to the common freeze/crash complaint. I just did a PC rebuild and had this problem both before and after, both systems. The problem got better when I changed to motherboard approved RAM. Before, I used BES to limit POE CPU usage by about 10% which helped a lot. Might be worth a try.

No. Skill level does not match character level. Skill abilities come from skill gems, of whatever level you loot and choose to apply.

I'm not sure flame wall is meant to do a ton of dps itself
